Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy,  you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 Eligible return: it is typically required that the item is in the same condition as when it was received, with the unopened box, original packaging, and the original tape still intact. In addition, you will likely need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to validate the return. These conditions ensure that the item can be resold or restocked appropriately.If the box has been opened or the product has been assembled you will not be eligible for return, only the warranty period will apply  To start a return, you can contact us at info@mrtoys.ca If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including spare parts and inflatable products, custom products and special orders or personalized items, such as custom plates and custom stickers. We also do not accept returns for products which have been sold assembled. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Please contact us directly for any exchanges. If your order is eligible, we will do our best to accommodate. 

 

Lost or Missing Package after Delivery 

Please note that we always select signature required on all shipments, but it is then up to the discretion of the carrier and individual driver to obtain the signature. We are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered to the recipient. If a carrier delivers the package to the destination, and has any type of Proof of Delivery, then it is deemed a successful delivery. After that, the item is considered the buyer’s property, even if they are not home and did not sign for the package. It is the buyer’s responsibility to protect the item from theft after delivery. 

We highly recommend tracking your package with the tracking information we provided and make arrangements with the shipping company to be present to receive your item.  

 

Restocking Fee

Please note, there is a a restocking fee will be applied. all returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the total order amount, depending on reason and case. 

 

Refunds

the refund approval status will be communicated, and if approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
